Porto’s new “lung” was inaugurated: the Asprela Central Park.

Parque Central da Asprela in Porto opened on the first day of spring and is ready to welcome all those who love nature.

The opening ceremony, led by the Mayor, Rui Moreira, was also a tribute to António Silva Cardoso, vice-rector and professor at the University of Porto, who left us at the beginning of the year, here remembered for his work and contribution to the requalification and modernization of the UP campus.

The Minister of Environment and Climate Action, João Pedro de Matos Fernandes, was also present.
